Remote Desktop Support Instructions

1. After clicking on the link above, the below window appear. Click the "Run" button to download the secure remote application

2. At the second prompt Click the "Run" again to launch the application.

3. Your computer will be given an unique ID number as shown in the screenshot below. Click the ‘Start’ button, then give your ID number to the consultant to start the remote support session.

Support Program

4. When this screen is presented, please ensure that the two options are selected, and then click the ‘Accept’ Button, the application will then establish the Remote Desktop Support session for the consultant.

 

5. When your session is finished the connection will either be terminated by the consultant, or you may click the ‘Stop’ button at any time.

6. You can close the application by clicking the 'x' on the above screen.
