Preventative Maintenance Contracts (PMC)...
At
ITS4BIZ we strongly believe in PREVENTIVE
maintenance opposed to REACTIVE
maintenance. The goal of Preventive Maintenance is to ensure
that your staff has continuous access to all appropriate
computing technology during normal working hours and those
servers and services that provide this technology are
available 24 hours per day seven days a week. Preventive
maintenance ensures that a server operates for longer time
periods. Preventive maintenance can also be thought of as
proactive maintenance, because it involves preventing problems
before they occur.
The

components that ITS4BIZ covers under our preventive
maintenance (template) contracts generally include Servers,
